You can simply make drinking tea as a habit by knowing when is the favorable time to drink it. Simple examples are like drink tea when you read your daily newspaper, watching the news or maybe during your office tea break.

Preparing a cup of green or black tea is not difficult at all. Look out for green or black tea bags and keep some in your office. Place it in an empty cup and pour hot water into it. Wait for about 5 minutes and your tea is ready.
